40ATCE Whitepaper

1. Summary

40 Acre Trust Coin Elite (40ATCE) is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum mainnet issued by the 40 Acre Trust. It is a community token for people who follow and support the trust's work. 40ATCE is not an investment and is not a claim on any asset. Nothing backs the token today.

The full 17,000,000 supply was created at deployment and sits in the addresses listed on the coin page. Purposes of non-pool wallets are to be confirmed.

4. The 40 Acre Trust

The trust works on housing on Jacksonville's Westside and on goals in The Gambia, Senegal and Sierra Leone. In The Gambia the trust is seeking financing from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC); it has not been approved. In Senegal the trust holds leasing rights to about 5,000 hectares believed to hold gold, iron and copper. An independent NI 43-101 report is planned, pending funding. There is no verified resource.

5. Asset Support Plan (future)

The trust's long-term goal is for trust assets to support 40ATCE. This is a future plan only. How it would work is to be confirmed, and the trust will publish the details before any asset support begins. See the Asset Support Plan.

6. Roadmap

• Done: Token launched. 40ATCE deployed on Ethereum as a standard ERC-20 token with a fixed supply of 17,000,000, no owner, no mint function and no proxy.
• Done: Uniswap V2 pool created. A 40ATCE Uniswap V2 pool exists at 0x7604a95da04A8ba7A5Ef8C8bd4B1937ee3331e3d.
• Done: Public listing and channels. 40ATCE is listed on Coinranking. Updates are shared on X (@40ATCE) and the WhatsApp channel.
• Planned: Nov 2026: Uniswap pool funding. The trust plans to add funding to the Uniswap V2 pool.
• Planned: after pool funding: Etherscan and CoinGecko. Resubmit token information to Etherscan and apply to CoinGecko.
• Planned: Senegal NI 43-101 report. Commission an independent NI 43-101 technical report on the Senegal lease area once funding is in place. No verified resource exists today.
• Planned: Publish asset support details. Publish how any trust assets would support 40ATCE before any asset support begins. Details to be confirmed.
• Planned: Trust projects. Continue work on Jacksonville Westside housing and the goals in The Gambia, Senegal and Sierra Leone. DFC financing is being sought for The Gambia and has not been approved.
