From 1998 to 2014, he worked in concert promotion and artist management, directing operations for Maurice “Trick Daddy” Young during a pivotal era in hip‑hop. The role demanded discipline, coordination, and the ability to execute complex initiatives under pressure.

He later transitioned into political strategy, managing a successful mayoral campaign in Tallahassee and contributing to a Florida gubernatorial primary. His work focused on message development, grassroots mobilization, and systems that translate vision into measurable outcomes.

Today, Patrick is recognized as a systems builder. He identifies structural gaps, designs governing frameworks, and brings complex initiatives into operating reality. Through the 40 Acre Trust, he leads projects in affordable housing, workforce development, logistics, healthcare infrastructure, digital‑settlement systems, and international development — including national‑scale tokenization programs in The Gambia and Senegal.

Afia Natoma is the Vice President of Gambia Operations for the 40 Acre Trust, where she leads regulatory coordination, international compliance, and cross‑border development strategy. She is a graduate of the University of Ghana School of Law (UGSoL) in Legon, Accra — ranked the top law faculty in West Africa and sixth in Africa.

Her background spans international law, environmental governance, and multidisciplinary research across oil & gas, policy development, and sustainable infrastructure. Afia’s expertise in regulatory frameworks and cross‑border compliance plays a central role in the Trust’s expansion into West Africa, including the development of reserve‑backed settlement tokens and agricultural‑trade modernization programs.

She is responsible for coordinating government engagement, legal structuring, and policy alignment for national‑scale initiatives in The Gambia, including digital‑settlement systems, agricultural‑reserve verification, and supervised sandbox deployment. Her research discipline and legal training ensure that every initiative is grounded in compliance, transparency, and long‑term governance.
